WestburyMaids provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Nassau County, New York area. Services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be made online or by phone. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Pricing

Prices are based on home size, service type, and selected extras. Recurring service discounts apply as listed on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the area at no additional cost.

Liability

WestburyMaids is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during a cleaning, please report it within 24 hours. We will assess and resolve claims promptly.

Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises. Any access issues that prevent cleaning may result in a trip fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
